Nano: Interest rates, as much as we can

The draft program, discussion and vote today. Gjimshiti-Lino: The Constitution was saved by referendum too. PD still outside Parliament “Nano 3”, vote of confidence in Italy BY GJASON LEVONA Just like all the time that governments have been presented with the help of the usual method in the field of forecasting, before Nano with the general new. As with the previous government, which had previously presented a “list” of names (or party lists) called the government of “Savers”, with general names. The signature that would make up the government program was signed with well-known figures such as Nobel laureates, intellectuals, cooperation, ministers, etc., and the rest with parliament. Albanians keep in one of the sharp expressions of the chamber with photos of the “Savers” government serving as a curiosity for such a display. The photocopy is known with the name of the government, together with the writing of the “Savers” government and other unexpected government news. What makes Nano stand out in comparison with previous analyses, but also a new event in Albanian politics, is the fact that the new government includes Fatos Nano and not some other woman who should take a ministry. The first thing that showed the “Savers” program, expressed anew in a main way in the Albanian parliament, was the signature that belonged to the “Savers” program, cooperation with the Social Democrats, Republicans, and others. What would stand out most is the difference from the last case of a predecessor’s vote of confidence, Bashkim Fino’s. Another thing that stood out was that in the government cabinet with the editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Albania”, as representative of the Liberal Party, but also with the well-known publicist, Nexhat Mustafaj. At least the disappointment of the reverie also appeared in the chairman of the PDS, S[?], who has taken a prominent place on the list of government officials. The new government led by Nano has also passed with the protocol of an all-inclusive government, knowing from the coalition partners that it will receive a vote of confidence and be stable for at least 4 years. However, despite the talk of political change represented by the Nano government, it still faces a difficulty. Fatos Nano, in an initial statement, despite being proposed by the left and the right, made it clear that his agreement with all political forces is temporary. “We believe that the beginning of reform should be a broad agreement that serves the revival of the Albanian economy and the normalization of the political and social situation in the country,” he said, implying that the new majority will seek to function more as a stabilization cabinet. The government program foresees measures against insecurity, against informality, and measures to curb interest lending as one of the causes of the crisis. “I mentioned your names as a service to the union,” Nano 3”, promised his government as a “challenge”, against the necessary reforms and the presence of the ruling class in parliament. Referring to the need to eliminate disorder and the growth through investment to strengthen order and law, the new platform also calls for a review of relations with the unions and the objectives of implementing the program. Fatos Nano also made the economy an issue. Regarding the data on the protests and weekend events, it has been deemed necessary for the police and law-enforcement institutions to take a more careful approach, as well as cooperation with the country’s political forces. At the end of his discussion in Rome, Italian opposition figures asked their government for explanations on how Albania would be supported. Photo REUTERS The government in Rome: Green rain expected
